The Best of 2013

We've just taken a wonderful little trip down memory lane while updating the last of our 2013 events on our website. It was a little trip, because 2013 wasn't really that far down the lane, more like, just around the block. And what a great block it was. We co-ordinated some very large-scale, dynamite events for Discovery Networks, NBC Universal and MNET, we spent 6 weeks having a ball at Direct Axis with their New Values Launch, we took to the streets for the World Design Capital Industrial Theatre Campaign, we met a couple of cooky aliens at The Cape Town Science Centre and learnt all about going GREEN, and we sang our hearts out at The V&A Waterfront's first annual Carols by Candlelight. And those are just the first events that pop into mind. It really was a jam-packed busy year, with a record number of 65 events in 2013!

While reminiscing together we decided that what will stand out most for us when thinking back on 2013, is that we each got to meet a personal hero. 2013 left us very rich in the celebrity-name-dropping bank. We had the privilege of meeting some amazing people, local and international celebrities such as South African Cricketer Gary Kirsten, Home-Grown super star ProVerb, current Miss South Africa Marilyn Ramos, Idols winner Khaya Mthethwa, ex Miss SA Vanessa Carreiera-Coultouris, DJ Euphonik, Telemundo soap stars Aylin Mujica, Rafael Amaya, Angelica Celaya, David Chocarro, Catherine Siazhoque and Jorge Luis Pila and Discovery’s Leading Men, Ben Hanlin (Magic of Science), Randy Fenoli (Say Yes to The Dress), Dave Salmoni (Deadly Islands), Joel Lambert (Manhunt), Kim Wolhunter (Man Cheetah Wild).

It is quite a list! We feel incredibly honoured to have met and worked with so many inspiring people. And the list is not complete, because topping it is the one and only, needs no introduction, OPRAH WINFREY!

THIS IS REAL!

It was a wonderful experience!
However.
We've had a chat and realised that Oprah, though lovely, was not our number 1 celebrity experience for 2013. That prestigious title can only go to one man...

WE LOVE YOU SANTA CLAUS!

We are very excited to see what - and WHO - 2014 holds in store.
